you are a born sales man , as a german who has learned english in shool and later i feel that you re speaking a bit to fast , be more relaxed the mesge will be the same but if you use to speak that fast you bring ppl into a stress like circumstance , create an enjoyable situation for all . but before everything else get the sympathy , wihtout it you can talk as long as you want to but you will not sale anything , first sympathy then a bit laughing and then come with the selling arguments
